Fall break--No school: November 25-29;
school resumes Monday, december 2.


all 8th grade students will visit washington high school on december 9, 2019 during the morning (approximately 9:15-11:30).  students will learn of various programs and classes they have the opportunity to take in high school.  this is the first step to high school registration.  

8TH GRADERS Testing Out of a Class for 9th Grade

THE APPLICATION WINDOW WILL BE FROM DEC. 09, 2019 TO JAN. 13, 2020

The County Website is updated and students should apply on line. Students will receive an email confirmation once they have applied.

Students may qualify to test out of English 9, World Studies 9, Math 1 or 2 or Biology.

The exams to test out of a subject are comprehensive and cover content for an entire year. They are rigorous exams and are intended to demonstrate mastery of the entire year of content.

TESTS WILL ONLY BE ADMINISTERED ON APRIL 3rd, 2020
